autovalue 1.1 is out

Auto-value 1.1 is out with builder support. It should also support the jclouds style of serialization and immutable collections. It was also one of the improvements we wanted for 1.9.1

Yay! The so long awaited builder suport! This will make the jclouds
model much much cleaner.

Let's make sure we use them in the new classes and do the change as
soon as we find occurrences of older builders in the existing ones :)
