For createProcessorExchangeFactory then you can copy over what we do in camel-core,
```

protected ProcessorExchangeFactory createProcessorExchangeFactory() {

getBootstrapFactoryFinder(),
ProcessorExchangeFactory.FACTORY,

@davsclaus : I understand that we need to change EndpointKey by NormalizedUri. Is it right?
I'm not sure about how to implement the createProcessorExchangeFactory method in [FastCamelContext](https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/blob/master/extensions-core/core/runtime/src/main/java/org/apache/camel/quarkus/core/FastCamelContext.java) class.
