New Repository

I want to create a couple of new Git repositories for the re-written NEXUS
ingestion code but I do not have access to log in to:

https://selfserve.apache.org/

to request the new repository be created. Can I get permissions to request
the creation of new GIT repositories or does someone else need to submit
the request for me?

Yes, new repositories.

Main reason being is that I am going for 1 repository = 1
artifact/application to make releases, checkouts, etc... easier. We could
discuss if that's not what we want or if there's an easy way to achieve 1
repo = many artifacts/applications.

BTW, these new repos will essentially be replacing everything in
https://github.com/apache/incubator-sdap-nexus/tree/master/nexus-ingest
