[jira] Created: (AXIS2C-205) Rename AXIS2_OP_GET_PHASES_* to AXIS2_OP_GET_*

Rename AXIS2_OP_GET_PHASES_* to AXIS2_OP_GET_*
----------------------------------------------

         Key: AXIS2C-205
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2C-205
     Project: Axis2-C
        Type: Improvement

  Components: core/description
    Reporter: Sahan Gamage

Consider the case AXIS2_OP_GET_PHASES_OUTFLOW. Here what we get is an array list of outflow. So the name is kind of misleading and I see that java implementation has renamed it to AXIS2_OP_GET_OUTFLOW - which is apropriate.
