Details:

Summary: SQLScanner reports wrong line numbers in Window platforms and behaves incorrectly when finding the minus sign
Description: In windows platforma, everytime the line changes, the SQLScanner increases the line number by 2 (once for \r and once for \n). Also, when finding a minus since, i.e. in a column definition with a minus value as default ("moderated         INT default -1 NOT NULL") it bypasses the -1 and considers that the default value is "NOT" and that the column allows NULL!
