Here's an idea -- how's about taking the entire cwiki file, putting
it in our SVN as the primary source -- then copying the entire file
onto the asf machines to update it?

I'd prefer it if that was simply in our top-level SVN dir, rather
than some other CVS repo.

Sounds like a cron job to me (once we get ASF accounts) ... push any
changes from specific SVN files to CVS.
