The concurrency properties introduced via GUAC-830 are important, as they determine the default behavior of connections and balancing groups, but the Guacamole Docker image does not provide a means of specifying these.

It must be possible to easily configure the values of these properties when creating the container. Lacking that, administrators must override the default behavior for each connection to suit their needs.
