Please setup a static svnpubsub based site for the Apache Falcon podling. 
The initial version of our site will be at https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/falcon/site 
Presumably this will be published to http://falcon.incubator.apache.org/

We are preparing to try our first release of the Falcon podling. It appears that we need the following things to do this. 
1) svn privs to svenkat & sriksun
2) falcon directory added to svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/
3) a directory added to SVN: https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/falcon
4) have svnpubsub setup to publish this to http://www.apache.org/dist/falcon

The email list that this should notify is dev@falcon.incubator.apache.org
