   ### SUMMARY
   On the path to making everything more consistent in CSS-land (using vars, building a style system), this PR migrates remaining CSS files to LESS so that they *can* use vars. 
   
   I also found a few old CSS files that seem to be unused, so I've yanked those out. Just for sanity check's sake, they are:
   
   - superset/assets/src/stylesheets/explore.less (formerly .css)
   - superset/assets/src/stylesheets/welcome.less (formerly .css)
   - superset/assets/src/stylesheets/sql.less (formerly .css)
   - superset/assets/src/stylesheets/profile.css
