Neon now available via anonymous CVS

I (and red-bean.com) have taken the liberty of providing neon (0.8.1)
via anonymous cvs. This should make it a lot easier to generate
patches (which should still be sent back to the maintainer).

$ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.red-bean.com:/usr/local/cvs login
(Logging in to anonymous@cvs.red-bean.com)
CVS password: <there is no password>
$ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@cvs.red-bean.com:/usr/local/cvs co neon
