[PATCH] Update svn status docs

Someone on IRC mentioned that the R flag was missing. I made sure they
were all documented and in alpha order in this patch.

[[[

Update svn status documentation

* subversion/clients/cmdline/main.c
  Put status flags in alphabetical order.
  Add missing flags.

]]]

It actually is quite helpful to put *some* kind of symbol or variable
name when there's an obvious choice. Helps to give folks something to
search for in that file.

structs aren't functions. :)
I didn't figure it was necessary to put the variable name for the
inlined docs.

The book needs to be updated, too. This patch is for `I', but there
are other outputs missing as well -- `G' for one -- but I am not sure
what to write for them.

Assuming that you fix the log message, +1, i.e. please commit. It should
have the struct/function in parenthesis before the descriptions. Please
add it as a vote for 1.0.0 as well.
