I have executed the command of linux to create new user i.e 
Runtime.getRuntime().exec("/usr/sbin/useradd "+user); I have tested it on servletrunner,it is working fine.But when i tested this servlet on apache server with Apache Jserver ,it is not able to execute the command . I am not getting any message in any log file.That's why i am not able to trace it what is going wrong.
