Cannob build lastnights cvs

During the build, I get the following:

I've got apr and apr-util. Nothing odd in there it looks like. I'm using
GCC-2.96-88, libtool 1.4, autoconf 2.13.

I configured with the following:
./configure --with-ssl=/work/build/openssl-0.9.6
--with-tls=/work/build/openssl-0.9.6 --enable-ssl --enable-tls --enable-so
--with-mpm=threaded

That's it. Am I missing something?
