[PATCH] German translation, take 2

Hi Folks,

Michael Süss and me proudly present the german translation for subversion. I
hope that this time the mime-type of the patch is correct. We are eagerly
awaiting comments.

The patch includes two files, de.po which is of course, the dictionary, plus
a teminology file, that we like to include in the subversion repository as
well. We think the terminology is important, because there are always
several possibilities to translate things and we'd like to keep the wording
consistent and encourage future translators to use the same terminology.
It's not so easy to do this, because the original is sometimes inconsistent
or misleading. Maybe a terminology file for english wouldn't be such a bad
idea too ;-)
We marked some (three) translations as fuzzy, because nothing we could think
of made sense...

Cheers
-Lübbe

I merged the dictionary and the translation. I hope you don't mind. Other
files in the repository already followed that scheme.

Committed in r9741.

Thanks!

Without wanting to second guess Luebbe, I am pretty sure it is...

Absent any comments I think the community agrees to your translation...
Do you have an e-mail address for Michael too; then, when I commit this,
I can give proper credit.

I see the list you created is not very long. The Polish translation has a list
like this built into the po file. Would that be a suitable solution for yours
as well?

If you have a list of any inconsistencies I'd like to know about them.

Small things like "unknown" and "unrecognized". Not hard to translate,
but I think one term would suffice.

Inkonsistens usage of quotes (single/double) and CaPITaliZATIOn in the
help messages in the help messages.

There were more, but I have to go through the file to find them. Just to
help me get the translation straight. What would the following messages
mean to an english person:

Svndiff data contains backward-sliding source view
Python exception has been set with the error
REPORT response handling failed to complete the editor drive

Cheers

Hi Erik,
I didn't reply last week, because I was ill. Merging the dictionary and
the translation is a good idea, as long as the dictionary doesn't get
lost, when the po(t) file is rebuilt. Thanks for your work!
