Jira Guidelines - svn commit messages

Guys,


What do you think of indicating the Jira issue key in svn commit
messages? This will bring the following benefits:

- we make sure we have an issue open to motivate adding some code
(motivation for this in a separate mail, hopefully tonight)
- we link code with requirements

Thoughts?
