Feel like upgrading ApacheDS to 2.0?

Hey Sergey,
One of the things we have needed for a while now is to move the sample 
LDAP server we ship to be based on ApacheDS 2.0.0.
I found this example that looks to be pretty close to what we need.

This might address the LDAPS bug you found too.  At the very least we 
will need to move up to ADS 2.0 to get the fix.
