**Describe the bug**
There are currently 31 open PRs for dependabot:
https://github.com/apache/datafusion-python/pulls/app%2Fdependabot
We should either merge them, close them or configure dependabot to not open some of this PRs
I've opened it as a bug but could potentially be an improvement.

Now that CI is fixed and `datafusion-python` is in sync with `datafusion`, I'd like to clear out these other dependeny upgrades.
#682 is already rebased and ready to do.
@raulcd, could you merge as I bump them to be rebased?
Most of them should be clean. The one that I think might be trouble is `mimalloc`.
