   @vorburger FYI - the duplicates in JAR/WAR are caused by setting the class and resource paths the same in build.gradle - which is needed to get JPA tests to work when run inside Gradle. I couldn't find another easy solution to that problem, so simply telling Gradle to exclude duplicate files when building the JAR / WAR seemed to be the easiest fix to the duplicates issue.
