[FalconJS/Jx] move FlexJS to FalconJx

Alex,

>From your latest commit, it looks like we're doing a lot of work
twice. I finished the inclusion of the GCC (incl. deps etc.) into
FalconJx a couple of weeks ago.

I have some cycles open in the near future. What do you think, time to
move FlexJS from FalconJS to FalconJx?
