Tilman Hausherr commented on PDFBOX-4436:
-----------------------------------------
I created a file with a short text that is encrypted with a owner password only, and submitted a bug report to adobe
https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/595576-acrobat-reader-for-android
but my message appears nowhere. Maybe there's a moderation.
I can open the file with the google viewer on android.
