[VOTE] Release geronimo-javamail_2.4_spec-1.3

All, the javamail 1.3 spec has been updated to fix a problem with
Transport.send() that multiple 1.1.1 and 1.2 beta users have tripped
over. We'd like to get this released in time for the Geronimo 1.2 final
version so fewer people will be seeing this problem.

I hereby propose we release this branch and it's binaries as final.

 Release Branch:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/geronimo/specs/branches/geronimo-javamail_1.3.1_spec-1.3
 Built Binaries:
http://people.apache.org/~dblevins/stage-specs/org/apache/geronimo/specs/geronimo-javamail_1.3.1_spec/1.3/

Here's my +1

Rick

Only the 1.4 specifications are available on the web as html. The 1.4
additions are clearly marked in the docs as 1.4 features. The
references to 1.4 as the source of the API information in the readme are
correct as written.

Sorry for hijacking the vote thread, but I wonder why
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/geronimo/specs/branches/geronimo-javamail_1.3.1_spec-1.3/README.txt
mentions about 'JavaMail Specification 1.4'. Shouldn't the version
numbers be the same?
