German umlaut problems with svnlook info

Hi,

the German umlauts will be displayed by svnlook info like below:

?\195?\188?\195?\182?\195?\164 

What do I have to do that svnlook gives this information correctly.

I use svn-1.3.2 on Windows-Xp.
