Due to a glitch in our release process, the zips uploaded to downloads.apache.org had the exact same contents as the zips on bintray but with changed timestamps. This should be corrected now. Thanks for reporting the issue.
Both:

and:
[https://downloads.apache.org/groovy/2.4.19/distribution/apache-groovy-sdk-2.4.19.zip.sha256]
now report:
