Export changes.xml in text file

Is there a plugin to export the content of "changes.xml" (all  
releases notes) in a text file ?
The announcement only generates the current release.
The solution is the modification of the announcement jelly script ?

There is an announcement:generate-all goal that produces all 
announcements but in separate files. You could then use the ant concat 
target in a postGoal to get them into a single file.
