[jira] [Created] (DISPATCH-1493) qdstat test_address_priority fails by issuing false positive

Charles E. Rolke created DISPATCH-1493:
------------------------------------------

             Summary: qdstat test_address_priority fails by issuing false positive
                 Key: DISPATCH-1493
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DISPATCH-1493
             Project: Qpid Dispatch
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Tests
    Affects Versions: 1.9.0
            Reporter: Charles E. Rolke

The test verifies that the priority field of _qdstat --address_ output lines each hold a priority between -1 and 9. Unfortunately the priority fields are all blank. The actual qdstat output looks like this:

{noformat}
2019-11-22 00:32:51.921253 UTC
28: QDR.A
28:
28: Router Addresses
28: class addr phs distrib pri local remote in out thru fallback
28:   ===========================================================================================
28:   local   $_management_internal       closest        0      0       0   0    0     0
28:   mobile  $management            0    closest        0      0       14  0    0     0
28:   local   $management                 closest        0      0       0   0    0     0
28:   local   temp.XTQ3id3e5RY0E9P        balanced       1      0       0   1    0     0
{noformat}

This test makes no sense in the context of qdstat output with no values in the columns of interest.
