Jetspeed Services without WebContainer for JUnit

Hi,

I want to test my portal with junit without webapp / tomacat. Now when I
test somothing it's ok, onla when i try to test a class, that uses the
serices of jetspeed i get e.g. :
org.apache.turbine.services.InstantiationException: ServiceBroker: unknown
service LoggingService requested or a UsermanagementEception.

Can I start the services without tomcat ? As a proxy ?
