Error in windos language environment

Hi,

I played aroung with some simple tests and xalan (Java) couln't report an
error. Im using a german version of NT and Xalan couldn't find (simply
because it isn't existing) a XSLTErrorResource_de....class. Is it possible
to implement a default of usinf _en instead if any ErrorResource isn't
available ?
