spam tagged mail delivered to a different Id

Hi List,
May be it'll be slightly off topic. I have one server which is in Qmail
+SA+QMAIL-Scanner+Vpopmail
I want a procmail configuration which will work system wide, what are
the mail tagged SPAM by my SA will be delivered to a different Id , 
Can anyone guide me regarding this, i have tested this in user based,
# Divert spam
:0:
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
$HOME/Maildir/.Spam/

# Deliver all other mail to inbox
:0:
$HOME/Maildir/

I want to do this for system-wide, and instead of different folder ,
it'll be different Id.
