Serialization of HTML DOM

Hi,

I am using XercesJ 2.0.2. I would like to know if the HTML DOM is serializable. I look at the source code, and HTMLDom has implemented Serializable interface.

But I have the following exception when I try to serialize a dom to an ObjectOutputStream:
junit.framework.AssertionFailedError: test failsjava.io.NotSerializableException: org.apache.xerces.util.DOMErrorHandlerWrapper

Would you please tell me if I miss something?
