Apache maturity checklist

Hi all,

 

in the developer wiki, we now also have a page[1] to track our progress
related to the Apache Project Maturity Model [2].

The current initial assessment is probably already outdated as it doesn't
cover our first release, but everyone is welcome to update the page and to
discuss items mentioned there if anyone has a different opinion. 

The model is meant as a tool for continuous self-assessment, also towards
graduation.
