Do you mean tags? It has been defined [in the Makefile](https://github.com/apache/skywalking-go/pull/82/files#diff-76ed074a9305c04054cdebb9e9aad2d818052b07091de1f20cad0bbac34ffb52R124).

For now, the documentation is more to declare how to use it. The support go version list has been [documented there](https://github.com/apache/skywalking-go/pull/82/files#diff-587e31dd45aa2559ac2b70b2174858a872f7e5565036cfdbf6dceb4afe9bbfc6R26).
