Using the Apache Flex SDK
Hi community :-),
I am really curious about the Apache Flex SDK, but I really dont know how
to use it.
Perhaps how I can I use it with my IDE(Eclipse, Netbeans or whatever).
Is there a tutorial how to use it, maybe a "hello world" tutorial or
something like it ;-).
Thanks
best regards
thomas

Hi Thomas,
Good to hear you're interested in the SDK!
I think a good place to start for you is to use the Flex SDK Installer
utility provided by the project. You can find it here:
http://incubator.apache.org/flex/installer.html (use the download
badge provided on that page)
Install into a directory where your IDE (Adobe Flash Builder is most
often used) looks for the SDK, open that IDE and away you go.
If you have any questions on how to use the SDK, I think you best ask
those on the "flex users" mailing list:
http://incubator.apache.org/flex/mailing-lists.html
Have fun!
