The release of daffodil 3.0.0 available from maven central specifies a source link that doesn't work any longer.

This fails because of the "incubator-" prefix.

Note that this link is what is used by Scaladex to find and index scala-related projects, and that's a good place for Apache Daffodil to be listed properly.

Once this issue is fixed, scaladex should fix itself (eventually) either at the next post-incubator release (probably 3.1.0), or if we proactively fix 3.0.0 maybe scaladex will fix itself also (depends on whether they get an update pushed to them)
