### Description
Update Task Life Cycle Diagram to include flow for Deferred Operators.
### Use case/motivation
With the introduction of [Deferred Operators](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/concepts/deferring.htmlhttps://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/concepts/deferring.html), the [task life cycle diagram](https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow/stable/concepts/tasks.html) should be updated to include flows from deferred to scheduled.
