è characters in apache
I am searching high and low for anyone that can help solve an apache
problem for a customer. The redirectors are running apache, and
when files such as, tèst.mps, go through the redirectors the result gets
garbled. I am not convinced that this is a server issue, I think it's a
client issue. Here are some things I tried on the server side. Although it
works with IIS.
AddType text/html;charset=UTF-8 html htm
AddCharset ISO-8859-8 .iso8859-8
AddCharset UTF-8 .utf8
<IfModule mod_negotiation.c>
LanguagePriority en da nl et fr de el it ja kr no pl pt pt-br ru ltz
ca es sv tw
</IfModule>
AddDefaultCharset utf-8
None seems to work, any ideas? Does anyone know for SURE that it is not the
apache server?
Matt
