Where are the jena vocabularies defined?

ja:      <http://jena.hpl.hp.com/2005/11/Assembler#>
fuseki:  <http://jena.apache.org/fuseki#>
tdb:     <http://jena.hpl.hp.com/2008/tdb#>
tdb2:    <http://jena.apache.org/2016/tdb#>

visiting their URL I only get 404.
