where are the cookies!

Hello, my name is Miguel, and i would like to ask where are the cookies going in Tomcat 4.0.6 because they simply don't appear, i'm working with jdeveloper 3.2.3 and with the web server of it works fine, i have two simple servlets GetCookie and SetCookie and it works, why doesn't in Tomcat!
