Installation of the packages using the Bintray repository (in a Ubuntu xenial container) as instructed [here|https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/site/install.md#c-and-glib-c-packages-for-debian-gnulinux-ubuntu-and-centos] fails for me:
