Thanks for creating this issue [~tison]. I'm not sure that we can remove {{RegisterApplicationMasterResponseReflector}}. There are still Hadoop 2.x (< 2.4) versions which don't support {{#getContainersFromPreviousAttempts}}. Hence, I believe that we can close the PR and this issue.
