[betwixt] betwixt 0.5 release candidate one available

the first release candidate for betwixt 0.5 is now available from: 
http://cvs.apache.org/~rdonkin/commons-betwixt/. this is based on the 
alpha1.0 code base and is intended as a baseline release before the new 
designs in the refactoring branch are introduced into HEAD. please 
download and test it.

prompt feedback would be appreciated since i plan to move quickly 
(within the next two or three days) to a release VOTE unless 
significant problems emerge with the release.

those who are confused by the numbering of this release or who are 
interested in the future of betwixt should (please) read the roadmap 
http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-commons/Betwixt before asking their 
questions on the mailing list.
