Asynchronous write to a file

Hi,

Just wanted to double check - currently there's no camel component which is
able to write a stream to a file async. I saw that the File component only
supports consuming files async ?

There is the stream component
http://camel.apache.org/stream

the trick is to close the stream when done, which you may need some
kind of way of doing.
