If the accounting is turned on and you perform checkout, you get following security error:
Security Error: To run createAcctgTransAndEntries you must have the one of the following permissions: ACCTG_ATX_CREATE, ACCTG_ATX_ADMIN.
This issue doesn't happen on trunk. So seems someone fixed it on trunk. But I am unable to locate the defect/fix.
