Install Scripts

The scripts for NT should include some double-quotes around the paths.
Otherwise the scripts fail when WS4J is installed under a directory with
spaces in the name. To reproduce the problem: Install WS4J in a
directory such as 'c:\some directory' and run the install-xxx.bat
scripts.
