I made a mistake above. The tomcat.application.deploy target succeeds and last
line is OK - Application with Context Path /regexhelper installed. So it doesn't
throw the exception reported in the report.

It is the others that cause the problem. For example if after a successful
deploy I try an tomcat.application.undeploy or tomcat.applications.list both
succeed but the exception is thrown as indicated by the bug report.

The output attached with the report description was encountered while running
tomcat.applications.list as can be seen by this line in the output 
"tomcat.applications.list:"
