currently, GROUP_CONCAT() in Trafodion cannot recognize order by clause, need to support it.

for example:
SELECT student_name,
          GROUP_CONCAT(DISTINCT test_score
                    ORDER BY test_score asc SEPARATOR ' ')
          FROM student
          GROUP BY student_name;
