Help with configuring tomcat

hello,

I have tomcat, IIS, and W2K.

I have done almost everything right, but I don't know
what to with the workers.properties file.

I don't what to add or change in that file.  Can you
help me figure out what I need to do?


On IIS, have the green arrow, but when I try to start
the tomcat server, this is what I get

e:\jdk1.3.1\tomcat\bin>tomcat start
The system cannot find the batch label specified -
startServer
