template not found

I am attempting to forward the request from a LoginUser class but I get
an error in the turbine logs that says it cannot find my Index.vm from
the TurbineResources.properties file(the default screen to show users
when they first access the system) even though the file is located in
the screens directory. Can you offer a possible explanation of why this
happening? Thanks
