[Issue 125413] New: guides sometimes at wrong position
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125413
Issue ID: 125413
Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: guides sometimes at wrong position
Product: Draw
Version: 4.1.0
Hardware: PC
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P4
Component: editing
Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
Reporter: rb.henschel@t-online.de
Start Draw.
Enable Option "Guides When Moving" and option "Display Guides" and option
"Large Handles".
Insert a picture.
Drag a snap line from the ruler.
Click on picture and grab a middle handle. Drag it so that the guide of the
picture is exactly over the snap line. Release. Notice, that the picture does
not touch the snap line.
The problem is, that the guides of the picture are not positioned on the edge
of the picture but on the outer edge of the handles.
The same problem can be seen with primitive shapes (rectangle, path, curve,
ellipse), when the option "Modify object with attributes" is off. The problem
cannot be seen with custom shapes, not with lines and not with
Math-OLE-objects.
This is a regression compared to AOO 4.0.1.
