[IMP] Release process started

Ok, we don't have -1 votes anymore (Thanks!) for the release,
so I will now start the release process.

I know that we have open issues, but as we all agree, "release early,
release often" is more important. As soon as we have changed to the
new licence (which should only take us one or two days), we 
can make a 2.1.5 release without any problems.

So, please don't commit to cocoon-2.1 in the next hours.
