Basic Auth in Tomcat

Hi,

I have a question here.
Can Tomcat do the Basic Auth thing like Apache?
I tried with the same <Directory> or <Location> tag as in Apache for Tomcat
but it does not work.

Can this be done in Tomcat. If yes, where can I get the documentation on
Tomcat?
